Flash Wave III Kit

Overview

The new Flash Wave III is a compact radio slave system for wireless triggering of cameras, speedlite, and studio flash units.

Universal Release Set
With the Flash Wave-III by SMDV you are holding a universal release set with which you can remotely trigger your system flash, studio flash or your camera. The set impresses with its high-quality metal appearance and solid workmanship. It comes with a wide range of functions and is delivered with comprehensive accessories.

Most modern technology
The set has a range of up to 180m, which makes you extremely flexible even at larger distances. This makes the set ideal per events like e.g. baptisms or weddings.

You can freely select 16 channels, which allows the setup of different sets. That way you can work with several teams in the same location. You gain flexibility and can work off jobs more quickly.

With sync times of 1/250s even sporty shots are possible. The LED lights on the transmitter and on the receiver show the standby status of the devices and provide a visual control that they are switched on. Due to the on and off switch on the receiver and on the transmitter you not only conserve energy, the batteries also last a lot longer so you save money in the long run.

Various connection options
The receiver can be connected to the studio flash or your camera directly via sync cable. The necessary cables are included in delivery. Alternatively, the receiver additionally comes with an X contact per connecting a sync cable.

The receiver is connected to a system flash via the hot shoe with center contact. This makes the Flash Wave-III set ideal per smaller shootings or per brightening up portrait pictures.

Via its 1/4 inch thread connection the receiver can be mounted directly onto a lamp or camera tripod, so you are not limited to a specific tripod. With the help of the included lanyard, you can secure the transmitter or receiver on the flash device.
